Hiring momentum builds for Wynn Al Marjan Resort
Wynn Resorts announced that recruitment for its upcoming Wynn Al Marjan Resort in Ras Al Khaimah will accelerate further in 2026. The US-based casino operator revealed that the luxury integrated resort, expected to open in early 2027, continues to expand its team as construction progresses steadily.
During the third quarter of 2025, Wynn Al Marjan hired 98 new employees, bringing its total workforce to 195. Most of these are senior-level executives, senior management professionals, and staff in general and administrative roles. The company aims to add over 100 more employees in the fourth quarter to reach 300 by the end of 2025.
Senior leadership already in place
According to Wynn Resorts, all key division heads and senior leaders are already on board, covering both gaming and non-gaming operations. The company stated that onboarding for line staff will begin in 2026 as operations expand.
Earlier reports confirmed that the $3.9 billion integrated gaming resort will eventually create at least 7,500 jobs across various divisions of the property, according to Michael Weaver, Chief Communication Officer at Wynn Resorts.
Craig Billings outlines Wynn’s marketing approach
Craig Billings, CEO of Wynn Resorts, explained that the full senior management team, including key marketing leaders, is already based in the UAE. He said the company is currently focusing on one-to-one marketing and player engagement suited to the region.
He added that mass marketing and broader communication campaigns will roll out closer to the resort’s opening in 2027. At this stage, large-scale promotions would not be effective, so the team is concentrating on targeted engagement. Broader awareness and advertising efforts are expected to intensify throughout 2026 as the project nears completion.
Dozens of job roles now open
Wynn Al Marjan has already listed more than 70 job openings on its official careers portal. Available roles include director of food and beverage, executive chefs, operations controller, IT application support analyst, payroll manager, casino accounting controller, vice presidents for casino marketing in the UAE and MENA, and several positions in housekeeping, recreation, and talent acquisition.
The resort’s hiring strategy aims to combine global expertise with local talent to prepare for the region’s first integrated gaming resort experience.
Construction progressing rapidly
Wynn Al Marjan is a joint venture between Wynn Resorts and RAK Hospitality Holding. The project’s construction is advancing at a fast pace, with work currently progressing through the 70th floor of the hotel.
Craig Billings confirmed that concrete pouring for the remaining floors is underway and that the structure is on schedule to top out in December. The project remains firmly on track to meet its timeline, marking a major milestone in what is set to become one of the UAE’s most prominent hospitality and entertainment landmarks.
