Rashad joined the hotel leadership team as Hotel Manager and quickly became a key driver of operational improvements. Throughout his tenure, he focused on service quality, team development, and business performance.
His hospitality journey began in front-office operations, where he built a strong foundation in guest services and hotel management. Over the years, he advanced through leadership positions with leading international hospitality brands, including InterContinental Hotels Group, Crowne Plaza, Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts, and Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts.

One of the most notable achievements was the significant improvement in the property’s Booking.com guest rating. The score rose from 7.9 in December 2023 to 9.1 by January 2025. This increase reflected improvements in service standards, guest engagement, and overall hotel operations.

Rashad also oversaw a multi-million-dirham refurbishment program across the hotel’s suites and serviced apartments.
