Khalifa Mohammed Alshehhi to lead Neurovia AI
Khalifa Mohammed Alshehhi brings more than three decades of leadership experience across engineering, telecommunications, network operations, international business, and investment management.
According to Robo.ai, he has held senior positions at the UAE Ministry of Interior and Etisalat. During his career, he worked on technology and telecommunications development programmes across the Gulf region.
The company said Alshehhi has also worked closely with regulators, government entities, and international operators. His experience spans the evolution of the Gulf telecommunications sector from traditional networks to today’s digital ecosystem.
Ziad Shaltuni appointed Chief Growth Officer
Ziad Shaltuni joins Neurovia AI with more than 20 years of experience in commercial strategy, revenue management, and business growth across North America and the Gulf region.
He previously served as Chief Sales and Customer Care Officer at Mobily in Saudi Arabia. In that role, he led a nationwide sales and customer operations organisation of more than 3,000 employees and managed a revenue portfolio exceeding US$5 billion.
Shaltuni later held leadership positions as Vice President of Sales for MENA at OSN and Chief Executive Officer of Modern Distribution Company in Riyadh. He also advised regional technology businesses, including Space42.
At Neurovia AI, Shaltuni will oversee the company’s growth strategy, commercialisation roadmap, and channel ecosystem development.

Ahmed Alhashmi has more than 30 years of experience in brand management, marketing, and product leadership across the Gulf region.
His previous roles include Group Senior Vice President of Brand and Communication at Etisalat Group and Chief Commercial Officer of the company’s India operations. Robo.ai said he also played a leading role in launching the Mobily brand in Saudi Arabia in 2005.
Alhashmi later served as Senior Advisor and Director of Marketing and Communication at Khalifa University. He also held the position of Director of Marketing and Corporate Communication at Abu Dhabi Global Market.
As Chief Marketing Officer, Alhashmi will lead Neurovia AI’s brand architecture, marketing communications, and regional market development.

Benjamin Zhai, Chief Executive Officer of Robo.ai, said Neurovia AI is central to the company’s artificial intelligence software strategy.
“We believe that a leadership team well versed in government and enterprise affairs, telecommunications infrastructure, commercial growth, and brand building across the Gulf region is key to taking the NeuroStream platform from technical validation to large scale commercial delivery,” Zhai said.
