Exabeam has appointed Mazen Adnan Dohaji as Senior Vice President and General Manager for India, the Middle East, Turkey and Africa (IMETA), reinforcing its regional leadership from its Dubai base, according to a company statement.

The announcement also confirmed the elevation of Ramy Muhammad Ahmad as Senior Director, Sales Engineering, IMETA, and Sultan Alanazi as Country Director for Saudi Arabia as part of the broader leadership expansion.

Exabeam Expands UAE-Based Leadership for IMETA Operations

In his role as Senior Vice President and General Manager, IMETA, Dohaji will lead sales, technical support, client advocacy and customer success across the region. The IMETA headquarters operates from Dubai, positioning the UAE as a central hub for Exabeam’s regional strategy.

The company said Dohaji and Ahmad have helped grow the IMETA team from two employees to more than 70 over the past decade. The region recorded high double-digit growth between 2024 and 2025, according to the statement.

Dubai as a Regional Cybersecurity Growth Hub

Exabeam’s regional expansion has included increased investment across the Middle East and the launch of new infrastructure, including a cloud region in Saudi Arabia and a regional office in Riyadh. The leadership structure continues to be anchored in the UAE, reflecting Dubai’s role as a cybersecurity and technology operations centre.

The latest appointments form part of Exabeam’s broader regional investment strategy, including its partnership with Al Moammar Information Systems Co. (MIS).

Mazen Adnan Dohaji’s Leadership Background in the UAE

Dohaji brings more than 25 years of cybersecurity and IT leadership experience in the Middle East. Prior to this appointment, he held multiple senior leadership positions at LogRhythm in Dubai, including Vice President and Senior Regional Director for IMETA.

Earlier in his career, he served in regional leadership roles at McAfee and Hewlett-Packard in the Middle East. He holds a BSc in Computer Science from Indiana State University.

The appointment underscores continued executive hiring activity in the UAE’s cybersecurity and AI-driven security operations sector as global firms deepen their regional presence through Dubai-based leadership.
