CorporateStack has announced a partnership with The New England Center for Children in the UAE (NECC-UAE) to digitize human resources and employee engagement systems. The collaboration was revealed on February 5, 2026 in Abu Dhabi. As a result, the project aims to improve efficiency, workforce support, and service delivery across autism education programs.

CorporateStack partnership to modernize HR and employee engagement

Under the CorporateStack partnership, the UAE-based company will lead digital transformation for NECC-UAE’s HR and engagement platform. Specifically, the system will manage employee processes, improve communication, and track engagement across departments.

NECC operates in the UAE through MRC-NECC, NECC Clinics, and NECC Consulting. Together, these entities provide autism education, therapy, and research services nationwide. With the new platform, the organization plans to streamline workflows and strengthen staff support.

Dr. Pamela Olsen, Executive Director of MRC-NECC, said modern HR systems will help professionals deliver consistent education and care. She added that staff resources remain central to NECC’s service model.

Focus on workforce transparency, efficiency, and culture

NECC-UAE HR Director Nihal Saad said digitizing HR functions will improve transparency and support data-driven decisions. In addition, the initiative aims to create a more structured workplace culture. It will also simplify internal processes and improve employee experience across clinical and education teams.

CorporateStack representatives said the project aligns with regional growth in education, healthcare, and nonprofit sectors. According to MEA Commercial Director Mohamed Abdin, the platform will streamline HR workflows and improve productivity. At the same time, it will strengthen workforce connectivity within NECC-UAE.

Technology adoption in specialized education services

The CorporateStack partnership reflects ongoing technology adoption in specialized education and therapy services across the UAE. Meanwhile, NECC continues autism research, professional training, and family support programs.

Implementation of the HR and engagement platform will proceed under the announced framework. Overall, both organizations say the initiative supports stable operations and structured workforce management in autism education services.
