Emirates NBD has taken a major step toward modern work culture by partnering with Letswork, giving its employees access to over 4,000 co-working spaces across the UAE and beyond. The collaboration marks the beginning of a 12-month pilot programme where select staff can experience on-demand work environments through Letswork’s platform. If successful, the initiative could be expanded across the entire bank.
This partnership emerged from Letswork’s participation in Emirates NBD’s National Digital Talent Incubator (NDTI) program, which initially brought the two organizations together to explore innovation-led collaborations.
Seamless access to co-working spaces across UAE
Through Letswork’s secure and user-friendly platform, Emirates NBD employees can instantly book co-working spaces, private offices, or meeting rooms in over 100 locations in Dubai, more than 25 in Abu Dhabi and the Northern Emirates, and even at international destinations.
This flexibility helps employees traveling between cities find convenient work options while maintaining productivity. It also enables those living on the outskirts of Dubai and other regions to work closer to home, effectively cutting down commuting time and improving work-life balance.
A step toward future-ready workplaces
According to Eman Abdulrazzaq, Group Chief Operating Officer at Emirates NBD, the collaboration with Letswork aims to create a scalable platform that supports evolving workplace expectations and strengthens the bank’s employee value proposition. She said the pilot reinforces the bank’s commitment to being a future-focused institution by promoting innovation and positioning itself as an employer of choice with modern HR practices.

Group Chief Digital and Information Officer Miguel Rio-Tinto noted that flexible schedules are becoming the norm and that partnerships with innovators like Letswork are redefining traditional work environments. He explained that the pilot will help the bank test scalable digital workplace solutions that enhance agility and flexibility while showcasing the success of its incubator program in building meaningful collaborations.
