InsuranceMarket.ae has appointed Alexander Bojang as Corporate Sales Director. The move strengthens the company’s corporate insurance advisory services at a time when UAE businesses face rising healthcare costs.
Founded in 1995, InsuranceMarket.ae works with more than 40 insurers, including Cigna Healthcare, Bupa and AXA. The brokerage serves over 200,000 policyholders across the UAE. It operates under regulation from the Central Bank of the United Arab Emirates.
Bojang will lead corporate sales and expand services for companies seeking group health insurance and employee benefits solutions.
Focus on Corporate Health Insurance and Employee Benefits
InsuranceMarket.ae continues to expand its corporate insurance division. Businesses across the UAE now face higher medical premiums and tighter regulatory oversight. Bojang will help companies design sustainable health insurance programmes. His role includes advising firms on group medical coverage, public liability policies, and employee benefit plans.
The company expects his appointment to strengthen relationships with corporate clients and HR leaders across the Emirates.
Strong Experience in Private Medical Insurance
Before joining InsuranceMarket.ae, Bojang worked as Private Client Insurance Consultant at Cigna Healthcare in Dubai. During that time, he advised expatriates and global clients on international private medical insurance and global mobility coverage. His approach focused on structured risk analysis and long-term healthcare planning.
He also helped clients understand underwriting models such as moratorium and full medical underwriting. This approach reduced claim rejection risks and improved coverage outcomes.
Background in Wealth and Financial Advisory
Earlier in his career, Bojang held advisory roles at Brite Advisors and Global Wealth Management. Those roles focused on expatriate financial planning. He worked on pension transfers, UK QROPS and SIPP solutions, and long-term asset allocation strategies.
This financial advisory experience gives him a broader perspective on corporate benefits. Many organisations now treat healthcare plans as long-term financial obligations rather than yearly expenses.
Industry Certifications Strengthening Advisory Capabilities
Bojang holds the CISI Level 3 International Introduction to Securities & Investments qualification from the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment. He also earned the CII R01 Financial Services, Regulation and Ethics certification from the Chartered Insurance Institute.
Currently, he is completing the Chartered Insurance Institute Certificate with a focus on healthcare insurance products and regulatory frameworks.
Helping Companies Manage Rising Medical Costs
Medical insurance costs continue to rise across the UAE. Many employers now look for advisors who can help manage long-term healthcare liabilities. InsuranceMarket.ae aims to support companies with structured insurance solutions and strategic advisory services. Bojang’s experience in risk analysis and benefits planning will support that strategy.
The company operates from its headquarters in Motor City, Dubai, and continues to expand its corporate insurance portfolio.
