Dubai Investments PJSC has appointed Ali Jibril as Executive Vice President of Sales and Operations, strengthening its leadership bench as it accelerates growth across its real estate and investment portfolio.

Jibril brings nearly two decades of experience in real estate sales, business development, and team leadership across the UAE and international markets. He has held senior roles at leading developers and has built a strong track record in scaling sales functions and managing large teams.

Strong track record across leading UAE developers

Before joining Dubai Investments, Jibril served as Senior Vice President – Sales at DarGlobal. Prior to that, he spent over four years at Arada, where he led sales strategy and business development across multiple locations. Notably, he managed a team of more than 100 professionals across three offices, driving consistent growth.

Earlier in his career, he spent nearly 14 years at DAMAC Properties. During this period, he led real estate sales teams across Dubai, the UK, and the US. This global exposure helped him develop deep market insights and operational expertise.

Focus on scaling sales and operational efficiency

At Dubai Investments, Jibril will lead sales and operations functions. He is expected to focus on improving efficiency, expanding market reach, and strengthening revenue pipelines.

Moreover, his experience in negotiation, sales management, and business development is likely to support the company’s long-term expansion plans. The appointment comes at a time when UAE real estate continues to see sustained investor interest and competitive growth.
