Shailendra Pratap Singh has been appointed as Senior Vice President – Sales & Marketing at Dubai Cable Company – Ducab, according to a LinkedIn announcement. He will be based in Dubai and will lead the company’s sales and marketing functions.

Role and Responsibilities

As Senior Vice President – Sales & Marketing, Singh will be responsible for overseeing sales strategy, marketing initiatives and business growth execution. His role places him within Ducab’s senior leadership structure, supporting regional and international market operations.

Career Background

Singh has been with Dubai Cable Company – Ducab for over 17 years. Prior to this appointment, he served as Vice President – GCC, Europe & Americas from January 2024 to February 2026.

Earlier, he held the role of Country Manager at Ducab, where he managed overseas distribution centres across the GCC and drove executive relationships with key channel partners. Before joining Ducab, Singh worked at Polyplex as Head – Supply Chain, overseeing sales, marketing and operations across mainland Europe, Scandinavia, the Baltics, Eastern Europe, Russia and Turkey.

He began his career at Maini Precision Products Limited as Manager – Global Business Development, managing sales and delivery operations across Europe, Latin America and North America.

Education

Singh holds an MBA in Sales & Marketing from the University of Pune. He also earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering & Automobile from the University of Pune.

The appointment reflects continued leadership movement within the UAE’s industrial and manufacturing sector, as companies reinforce senior management roles to support regional growth.
