Professional background and experience

Before joining Jannah Hotels and Resorts, Seliem served as human capital director at Erth Abu Dhabi. He managed HR operations for more than 4,000 employees across hotels, catering, wellness facilities, and dining venues.

During his tenure, he led group-wide restructuring, KPI realignment, and digital HR upgrades. He also coordinated workforce readiness for COP28 UAE. Earlier in his career, Seliem spent nearly ten years at Rixos Hotels in senior HR leadership roles, including director of talent and culture.

Seliem brings nearly 20 years of experience in Human Capital Management and multi-unit hospitality operations. His expertise includes UAE labour law, large-scale workforce integration, and HR systems modernisation.
