Dubai South and the Emirati Human Resources Development Council signed a new MoU to support national talent growth across key sectors in Dubai. The agreement aims to equip Emiratis with the skills needed to take on future leadership roles in aviation, logistics and urban development. Both entities said the partnership reflects the UAE’s commitment to expanding opportunities for young nationals.
Leadership participation demonstrates strong support
The signing took place at the Dubai Airshow, in the presence of H.E. Sultan bin Saeed Al Mansoori and H.E. Khalifa Al Zaffin. Hafsa Algargawi from Dubai South and Abdulaziz Alfalahi from the Emirati Human Resources Council formalised the agreement. Moreover, senior representatives and industry experts attended the ceremony. Their presence underscored growing momentum behind public–private cooperation. It also reinforced the shared focus on national workforce development.

Additionally, he explained that the Emirati Human Resources Council is committed to designing an integrated environment that supports young talent. This environment enables them to gain both technical and practical experience. As a result, the approach supports the UAE’s goal of building a diversified and resilient economy.

Both organisations will work together to develop specialised training tracks. They will also design hands-on learning modules and clear career pathways.
