IN^X Education, the education and training arm of Capital H, has signed 16 memoranda of understanding (MoUs) with local and international partners. The agreements aim to expand education, professional training and future skills development in the UAE.
The partnerships bring together educational institutions, technology companies and professional organisations. They also seek to improve workforce readiness as employers respond to changing skills requirements.
IN^X Education announced the agreements during IN^X Next 2026, held on Monday under the theme “Future of Education, Skills, and Workforce Development”. Capital H organised the event, which brought together government officials, education leaders and business representatives.
IN^X Education expands partnerships with global organisations
The 16 agreements include partnerships with Oracle, Pearson, the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), and the Project Management Institute (PMI) UAE Chapter.
Other partners include Harvard Business School Club of the GCC, Singularity University, TÜV SÜD, Tetr College of Business, Open Innovation, Asuria, Efekta Education and Altruistic AI.
The remaining partners are SaveFast Training Academy, Mental, Gosu Academy and Polynome.
Through these agreements, IN^X Education aims to combine academic expertise with industry knowledge. The partnerships will support the development of education and training programmes that reflect professional and labour market needs.
IN^X CEO highlights link between education and employment
Khalid Alhammadi, CEO of IN^X Education, said the agreements would help build stronger connections between education and the workplace.
“With the signing of 16 new MoUs, we continue to expand our partnership network, marking a strategic step towards building an integrated ecosystem that connects education with the needs of the labour market and its future requirements,” Alhammadi said.
He added that the partnerships would bring together academic institutions, businesses and professional organisations. They aim to develop programmes that keep pace with changing skills and job requirements.
Alhammadi also said the organisation wanted to turn the agreements into practical outcomes. These include improving institutional efficiency, supporting innovation and creating opportunities for growth.
Workforce readiness remains a focus for UAE skills development
The agreements reflect IN^X Education’s focus on aligning training and research with institutional needs and national priorities.
For employers, the initiative highlights the role of industry-linked learning in workforce planning. Partnerships between education providers and businesses can help connect training programmes with the skills organisations need.
However, the announcement did not specify the implementation timelines, financial commitments or measurable outcomes for the individual agreements.
IN^X Education expects the expanded network to support collaboration and knowledge exchange across the UAE and the wider region. The impact will depend on how the partners translate the agreements into training programmes and practical skills development.
