Govender brings significant expertise in HR shared services and large-scale workforce operations. Prior to joining Dubai Holding, she held leadership roles at Unilever, PureHealth, and Al Ghurair Investments, where she contributed to several HR transformation initiatives.

Throughout her career, Govender has led several high-impact transformation projects across multiple regions. These include global pay review initiatives at Unilever, offshoring HR operations to Pakistan, and implementing enterprise HR platforms such as Workday and Oracle Fusion.
These projects supported HR and payroll operations for workforces exceeding 30,000 employees across Asia, Africa, and the Middle East.
