CSP Abu Dhabi Terminal has appointed Mohamed A. as Deputy Chief Executive Officer, strengthening senior leadership at one of the UAE’s key maritime assets. The appointment comes as Khalifa Port continues to expand its role in regional and global trade under AD Ports Group.
Mohamed assumed the role in January 2026.
Professional background
Mohamed A. has built his career within AD Ports Group, gaining experience across operations, finance and strategic development. Before his appointment, he served as IO Project Manager, where he worked on operational programmes and cross-functional initiatives linked to terminal performance.
He also held the role of mergers and acquisitions analyst, supporting investment assessments and portfolio growth decisions. Earlier, he was part of the Expo 2020 Dubai delivery team, contributing to large-scale operational planning. He additionally served as a Youth Council member, supporting internal engagement and leadership development initiatives.
Strategic significance
In his new role, Mohamed will support executive leadership in driving operational efficiency, capacity optimisation and long-term competitiveness at CSP Abu Dhabi Terminal. The appointment aligns with AD Ports Group’s strategy to advance Khalifa Port as a globally connected logistics and trade hub.
