The Saudi Investment Bank has appointed Saud Alessa as Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist. Saud Alessa announced the appointment on LinkedIn after taking up the role in July 2026 in Riyadh.

Earlier, Saud Alessa held two positions at Abdullah Al Othaim Investment Co., working as Total Rewards (Compensation and Benefits) Analyst and Talent Acquisition Specialist.

During the role at Abdullah Al Othaim Investment Co., Saud Alessa worked on compensation benchmarking, salary structure analysis, annual salary reviews, incentive programmes, and employee benefits. The profile also states that Saud Alessa managed recruitment activities across several business units and oversaw the recruitment lifecycle through SAP SuccessFactors, from job posting to onboarding.
