Chennai-based real estate developer Casagrand announced that 1,000 employees will travel to London for a week in 2025 under its annual Profit Share Bonanza initiative, a programme the firm uses to recognise staff contributions across India and Dubai.
What changed in Casagrand’s reward programme
Casagrand confirmed that employees will fly in separate batches to London. The company said the itinerary includes historic sites, cultural visits and group events. This marks the latest edition of the Profit Share Bonanza, which continues to expand as the workforce grows.
The chain noted that the plan has already taken more than 6,000 staff members to multiple destinations worldwide, including Spain, Dubai, Singapore and Malaysia. The firm stated that each year’s travel design reflects wider participation from different teams.
Impact on Casagrand employees
The London schedule features tours of Windsor Castle, Big Ben, Buckingham Palace, Piccadilly Circus and other landmarks. Employees will also visit Camden Market, St. Paul’s Cathedral and Madame Tussauds, before ending with a Thames River cruise.
Casagrand said the programme enables many workers to travel abroad for the first time. The company called it a shared experience that connects teams across offices in India and Dubai.
How the system works
Founder and Managing Director Arun Mn said the initiative reflects the organisation’s belief in shared wealth. He stated that the trips strengthen workplace culture and recognise the role employees play in business growth.
A separate internal team planned the London journey. Casagrand said the group coordinated with airlines and hospitality partners to ensure the same travel and stay arrangements for all participants. This structure forms the base of the yearly reward design.
Casagrand indicated that the Profit Share Bonanza will continue, with future destinations planned to match workforce size and travel logistics. The company said the programme remains a core part of its annual recognition system.
