Extensive Recruitment and Talent Acquisition Experience

Hall brings nearly a decade of experience in talent sourcing, recruitment strategy, and business development, having worked across several organisations in the United Kingdom before moving to the UAE.

Prior to joining Strada UAE, she served as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at RSM UK, where she supported recruitment initiatives for the professional services sector.

Earlier in her career, she worked as a recruiter at Cielo Talent, gaining experience in end-to-end recruitment processes and talent sourcing across multiple industries. She also held talent attraction roles at SJC Partners, where she specialised in recruitment for accountancy, finance, and legal sectors.
