DMCC (Dubai Multi Commodities Centre) has appointed Derrick Tredray as Director – Community Management, strengthening its leadership as it continues to scale its integrated business district and urban ecosystem.
The appointment comes at a time when DMCC is sharpening its focus on operational excellence and tenant experience within one of Dubai’s most prominent free zones.
Strengthening Community Operations and Service Delivery
In his new role, Tredray will oversee community management across DMCC’s mixed-use developments. His mandate includes improving service delivery, enhancing facilities management standards, and aligning stakeholder engagement across the ecosystem. Moreover, the role is expected to play a key part in maintaining operational consistency as DMCC expands its infrastructure and tenant base.
Deep Experience Across Complex Developments
Tredray brings over 15 years of experience in facilities management and large-scale development strategy. Prior to joining DMCC, he held senior roles at CBRE Global Workplace Solutions and NEOM, where he led advisory, strategy, and operating model development for complex projects. As a result, he has developed strong expertise in managing high-value assets and designing scalable service frameworks.
Strong UAE Market Exposure
His professional journey also includes leadership roles within the UAE at Mubadala and Ejadah. During this time, he managed large facilities portfolios and delivered performance-driven service models. Consequently, he brings a strong understanding of regional regulations, operational challenges, and stakeholder expectations.
Supporting DMCC’s Next Phase of Growth
As DMCC continues to position itself as a global business hub, the importance of community management has grown significantly. Therefore, Tredray’s appointment aligns with the organisation’s strategy to enhance tenant satisfaction, strengthen infrastructure performance, and support sustainable urban development.
With Dubai’s commercial ecosystem becoming increasingly competitive, leadership roles focused on operational excellence are becoming central to long-term value creation.
