Magna AI has entered into a strategic collaboration with Saudi Xerox to accelerate the development of sovereign AI infrastructure, secure AI platforms and AI Factory capabilities across Saudi Arabia, supporting the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 digital transformation goals.
The agreement was formalised during the Global AI Show 2026 in Riyadh by Dr. Moataz BinAli, Chief Executive Officer of Magna AI, and Mehmet Sezer, General Manager of Saudi Xerox. The partnership combines Magna AI’s expertise in AI infrastructure and governance with Saudi Xerox’s local implementation capabilities.
Partnership targets sovereign AI infrastructure
Under the collaboration, Magna AI will lead the design of AI Factory architecture, enterprise AI platforms, governance frameworks and AI security. Meanwhile, Saudi Xerox will oversee local infrastructure integration, compliance support, cybersecurity operations and project execution across the Kingdom.
Together, the companies plan to deliver AI infrastructure for government agencies and enterprise customers seeking secure, locally hosted AI capabilities.
The partnership also focuses on enabling organisations to deploy AI systems while maintaining data sovereignty and regulatory compliance.
AI Factory capabilities at the centre of the collaboration
The framework includes the development of sovereign AI Factory capabilities covering large-scale model training, fine-tuning, inference workloads, agentic AI operations and data pipelines.
Additionally, the companies will collaborate on secure AI operations that comply with Saudi Arabia’s data residency and cybersecurity requirements. They also plan to develop sector-specific AI applications and expand AI skills development initiatives.
Saudi AI infrastructure market continues to grow
The announcement comes as Saudi Arabia rapidly expands its AI infrastructure investments.
According to Mordor Intelligence, the Kingdom’s AI data centre market is projected to grow from $630 million in 2025 to $1.74 billion by 2030, representing a compound annual growth rate exceeding 22%. Vision 2030 investments, growing demand for locally hosted AI workloads and data sovereignty requirements continue to drive this growth.
Executives highlight local AI development
Dr. Moataz BinAli said Saudi Arabia is building one of the world’s most ambitious national AI programmes, requiring infrastructure that integrates governance, security and long-term operational control.
He added that combining Magna AI’s end-to-end AI Factory capabilities with Saudi Xerox’s established presence would help government organisations and enterprises move from AI experimentation to large-scale deployment while retaining ownership of their infrastructure.
Mehmet Sezer said Saudi Xerox remains committed to supporting Saudi Arabia’s digital transformation through cloud, managed services, IT infrastructure and cybersecurity solutions.
He added that the partnership would help organisations adopt AI securely while meeting local regulatory requirements and delivering measurable business outcomes.
Supporting Saudi Vision 2030
The collaboration aligns with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 strategy to strengthen digital infrastructure, develop national AI capabilities and encourage broader AI adoption across public and private sectors.
Magna AI said it will continue showcasing its sovereign AI infrastructure, enterprise AI platforms and industry-focused AI solutions during the Global AI Show 2026, where it is serving as the event’s title sponsor.
