RW Armstrong & Associates has promoted Alla Kulik to Chief Operating Officer, according to an announcement by Mohamed Salahieh, Group CEO and Managing Director. The appointment follows Kulik’s long tenure with the firm, where she has been part of its leadership journey since joining the company’s first international office in Abu Dhabi in 2007.
According to Salahieh, Alla Kulik was one of the founding members of RW Armstrong & Associates’ first international office in Abu Dhabi. Over the past 19 years, she has contributed to the firm’s operational development, project delivery, organisational leadership, and overall growth.

Chief Operating Officer role to oversee operations and project delivery
As Chief Operating Officer, Alla Kulik will oversee operational execution across the organisation. Her responsibilities include internal systems, resource management, team performance, and project delivery.
According to the announcement, the role will also focus on strengthening operational excellence, improving collaboration across teams, and maintaining organisational alignment as RW Armstrong & Associates continues to expand its capabilities internationally.
