Oracle has elevated Pawan Israni to the role of Strategic Client Director in Doha, Qatar.
The appointment took effect in June 2026, according to Israni’s professional profile. He moves into the position after serving as Senior Account Executive for Oracle Applications, a role he held since January 2023.
Israni has been with Oracle for more than six years. During that time, he held several leadership positions across consulting and enterprise sales, including Consulting Solutions Manager for Qatar and Bahrain and Sales Manager for Consulting.
Pawan Israni’s Experience at Oracle
As Senior Account Executive, Israni worked with enterprise customers across the Middle East and North Africa region. His focus included Oracle Fusion applications and industry solutions, particularly for organisations in the travel, transportation and logistics sectors.
His responsibilities included managing complex sales engagements, developing client relationships and aligning Oracle’s technology solutions with customer business objectives.
Background in Consulting and Finance
Before joining Oracle, Israni worked at EY in Qatar, where he held advisory leadership roles supporting clients across Africa, India and the Middle East. His work focused on enterprise resource planning, enterprise performance management, finance transformation, procurement, analytics and GCC VAT consulting.
Earlier in his career, he served as a senior consultant at KPMG in Qatar and Bahrain and held project management roles in the technology consulting sector.
Israni is an Associate Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He brings more than a decade of experience spanning technology consulting, enterprise applications and business transformation.
Oracle has not publicly disclosed additional details regarding the scope of the Strategic Client Director role.
