Luca Giardino has joined Starlinks as Director of Operations, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Giardino announced the appointment on LinkedIn, confirming that he recently relocated to the Kingdom and has begun working with the company’s operations team.
According to Giardino, the role follows several months of preparation before his arrival in Riyadh. He said meeting the Starlinks team made the transition “very real” after working behind the scenes in recent months.

Giardino joins Starlinks after building a career in logistics, transportation, and supply chain management across multiple international markets. His LinkedIn profile shows experience in operations, logistics procurement, business development, and last mile delivery across Europe, Africa, Australia, and the Middle East.
In his new position, Giardino said he will focus on Starlinks’ operational activities in Saudi Arabia. He also invited businesses and industry professionals to connect to discuss how the company can support growth across the region.

According to Giardino, Starlinks provides technology enabled logistics solutions across Saudi Arabia and the GCC.
The company’s core capabilities include omnichannel fulfilment services and end to end transportation services. Its service portfolio covers ecommerce solutions, q commerce solutions, B2B logistics solutions, automotive logistics, freight and transportation, and a dedicated solutions division.

Commenting on the appointment, Giardino said:
