Marjan Group has announced a strategic leadership reshuffle, appointing senior executives across its core verticals to accelerate delivery of large-scale projects in Ras Al Khaimah of UAE.

The company named Sheikh Saqr bin Omar Al Qasimi as Chief Executive Officer of Marjan Development, Alison Grinnell as CEO of Marjan Hospitality, and Donald Bremner as CEO of Marjan Lifestyle. Additionally, Omar Mohammed Al Muzakki will lead government communications and public relations.

These appointments come as the Group expands its footprint across real estate, tourism and lifestyle infrastructure.

Strategic push aligned with Ras Al Khaimah’s investment ambitions

Marjan Group operates across three integrated verticals: development, hospitality and lifestyle, which collectively support the emirate’s positioning as a global tourism and investment hub.

Chairman Sheikh Ahmed bin Saud Al Qasimi said the new leadership team combines local expertise with global experience. As a result, the company expects stronger execution and faster delivery of high-impact projects.

CEO Abdulla Rashid Al Abdouli added that the appointments will enhance operational efficiency. Moreover, they will help scale key developments as Ras Al Khaimah attracts rising investor interest.
