The Bengaluru-based fintech Prosperr.io secured $4 million in funding to strengthen its AI-led tax platform and prepare for expansion into wealth management.

Prosperr.io funding targets product and market expansion

Prosperr.io announced the funding round on December 23. Jungle Ventures led the investment. Yatra Angel Network, Sadev Ventures, and other strategic investors joined the round.

With this raise, Prosperr.io funding now stands at $5.55 million in total. The startup plans to deploy the capital quickly. Product development remains the top priority. At the same time, the company aims to strengthen its B2B sales framework.

Founded in 2022, Prosperr.io operates as a fintech SaaS platform. It focuses on simplifying tax management for individuals and enterprises facing growing regulatory complexity.

AI in tax compliance shapes the core platform

AI in tax compliance sits at the centre of Prosperr.io’s roadmap. The company is building systems that track income, deductions, and reimbursements continuously rather than annually.

For salaried employees, Prosperr.io is developing a continuous taxation model. This system aligns tax planning with financial goals. It also identifies eligible deductions through proactive advisory support.

Meanwhile, enterprises benefit from automated workflows. The platform simplifies tax-saving allowances. It also streamlines reimbursements using AI-driven checks and validations.

Enterprise focus strengthens as prosperr.io funding scales new use cases

Prosperr.io funding will also support enterprise expansion. The company is advancing its platform to serve larger organisations with complex tax operations.

Recently, Prosperr.io introduced an AI-driven reimbursement solution. The product addresses compliance challenges linked to corporate benefits and cross-border payments. As a result, businesses gain visibility and control over tax-related processes.

The startup also plans to explore adjacent areas. Wealth management stands out as the next focus. The company believes its tax infrastructure can support broader financial planning needs.

Growth metrics support expansion plans

Since its previous funding round in June 2024, Prosperr.io reported strong growth. Revenue increased fivefold. Client retention reached 80% for consumers and 100% for enterprise customers.

According to CEO and co-founder Manas Gond, Prosperr.io funding accelerates the company’s AI roadmap. He said the platform aims to serve millions with smarter and more compliant financial solutions.

Jungle Ventures partner Rishab Malik highlighted the opportunity. He noted that tax remains one of the least innovated layers of financial infrastructure. Embedding AI directly into compliance workflows, he said, creates a new category of tax platforms.

Expansion plans ahead

Prosperr.io funding positions the startup for faster execution. The company will expand product teams. It will also deepen enterprise partnerships.

As AI in tax compliance gains momentum, Prosperr.io aims to scale across sectors. The startup expects demand to grow as businesses and individuals face increasingly complex tax environments.
