According to a report published by The Daily Tribune – News of Bahrain, Youth Affairs Minister Rawan bint Najeeb Tawfeeqi highlighted the importance of Bahrain digital skills during the “Hadith” dialogue session at Youth City 2030, where participants explored artificial intelligence and emerging technologies.

The minister said investing in young people’s capabilities and digital knowledge is essential as technology continues to evolve. She described artificial intelligence as a tool that enables young people to develop innovative ideas and create practical solutions.

The Bahrain digital skills at Youth City 2030 session featured Mohannad Suleiman, Communications and International Relations Advisor and Head of the Artificial Intelligence Team at the Ministry of Information.
Participants discussed AI applications, emerging technologies and ways to build the knowledge needed to develop projects and explore future opportunities. The session also examined how artificial intelligence can support innovation across different fields.
