Waleed Abdulmohsen has been appointed Chief Human Resources Officer at Nesma after more than 14 years with the company. The promotion follows a career that has seen him move through several HR leadership positions across the organisation in Saudi Arabia.

Nesma confirmed that Abdulmohsen has taken over the Group CHRO role. Before this appointment, he served as Corporate HR Manager.

Waleed Abdulmohsen’s career at Nesma

Abdulmohsen joined Nesma more than 14 years ago. During that time, he held the roles of CSR Coordinator, HR Coordinator, HR Supervisor, HR Manager and Corporate HR Manager before becoming Chief Human Resources Officer.

He brings more than 12 years of experience in human resources. His work has focused on HR strategy, organisational development, governance, succession planning, people analytics and HR transformation.

During his career at Nesma, Abdulmohsen led projects across HR operations and organisational development. He also worked on talent management, employee development, compliance and HR process improvement.

As Chief Human Resources Officer, Abdulmohsen will continue to align people strategy with business goals. He will also oversee governance, organisational effectiveness, succession planning and HR transformation across the group.
