Alef Education has appointed Grégoire Provot as Chief Service Delivery Officer, strengthening its leadership team as it expands digital education solutions across markets.

Internal elevation following strong track record

Provot previously served as Director of Service Delivery at Alef Education. During his tenure, he played a key role in improving operational efficiency and implementing transformation models. He also supported the company’s expansion into new territories and helped ensure successful deployment of the Alef platform across schools.

Extensive global experience in service delivery leadership

Before joining Alef Education, Provot held senior leadership roles at NTT DATA, Dell Technologies, NCR Corporation, and C&W Networks. Across these roles, he managed large-scale service delivery operations across EMEA, oversaw multimillion-dollar budgets, and led transformation programmes for global enterprise clients.

Provot brings deep expertise in performance optimisation, operational excellence, and customer-focused delivery. He has consistently led high-performing teams across multiple geographies and delivered measurable improvements in efficiency and service quality.
