Provot will oversee end-to-end service delivery for the Alef platform. His responsibilities include project management, school implementation, and IT support, ensuring seamless execution and customer experience.

Provot previously served as Director of Service Delivery at Alef Education. During his tenure, he played a key role in improving operational efficiency and implementing transformation models. He also supported the company’s expansion into new territories and helped ensure successful deployment of the Alef platform across schools.
Extensive global experience in service delivery leadership
Before joining Alef Education, Provot held senior leadership roles at NTT DATA, Dell Technologies, NCR Corporation, and C&W Networks. Across these roles, he managed large-scale service delivery operations across EMEA, oversaw multimillion-dollar budgets, and led transformation programmes for global enterprise clients.
