The appointments come as IN2 accelerates its expansion across key global markets. The firm has also diversified its services in response to rising demand for agile, technology-driven communication solutions.
Focus on AI-enabled communications and operational efficiency
Notably, IN2 continues to invest in AI-enabled operations. These tools aim to streamline processes, reduce costs, and improve campaign precision. As a result, clients benefit from faster and more targeted communication strategies.
Moreover, the firm is seeing increased demand for adaptive communication models, especially in complex and high-risk environments. Therefore, these hires directly support its evolving service model.
Noorul Hijaz to lead MENA and India strategic communications push
Noorul Hijaz Tharola will lead strategic communications and emerging technology integration across the Middle East, North Africa, and India.
He brings over 15 years of experience across communications and business management. In addition, he has advised corporate, technology, and government clients across the Middle East, Africa, and India.
Importantly, his role will focus on combining strategic messaging with AI-enabled delivery. This approach will help clients navigate fast-changing environments more effectively.
Joanna Rohozinska to drive CEE expansion from Warsaw
Meanwhile, Joanna Rohozinska will spearhead IN2’s expansion into Central and Eastern Europe, a region witnessing growing demand for governance and institutional communications.
She has more than 25 years of experience in international development and governance. Previously, she held leadership roles at organisations such as IREX, the National Endowment for Democracy, the International Republican Institute, and Freedom House.
From Warsaw, she will lead regional operations, strengthen programme delivery, and drive new business development.
Builds on recent leadership hires and global growth momentum
These appointments follow a series of senior hires at IN2. The firm recently brought on Josh Kennedy-White as Chief Adviser of Emerging Technologies and Brian Lewis as Director of Global Communications.
Together, these additions reinforce IN2’s expertise in AI-driven communications and global advisory services.
Leadership commentary highlights rising geopolitical complexity
Paul Tilley MBE, Managing Director and Founder of IN2, said the expansion aligns with changing global communication needs.
He noted that geopolitical complexity continues to reshape how organisations communicate. At the same time, demand for AI-led solutions is rising due to their efficiency and cost advantages.
He added that Noorul and Joanna bring critical expertise in strategic communications, emerging technologies, and regional delivery. Their leadership will support IN2’s expansion across high-growth markets.
