Mahmoud Hadi Arabi has been appointed Associate Manager – Regional Sales at SevenRooms, marking a key step in his career within the B2B SaaS and hospitality technology space. Based in Dubai, he will lead regional sales initiatives and support the company’s expansion strategy across the Middle East.

The move comes after a strong three-year tenure at SevenRooms, where Arabi consistently delivered above-target performance and drove measurable revenue growth.

Track record of exceeding sales targets and driving retention

Arabi previously served as Account Executive at SevenRooms, where he exceeded annual sales quotas and outperformed quarterly targets by over 125% in key periods.

He also maintained one of the lowest customer churn rates in the region. This reflects his strong focus on client retention and long-term value creation. In addition, he led upselling initiatives and expanded existing accounts through add-on solutions, boosting overall revenue contribution.

His consultative sales approach helped close high-value deals. He also played a role in expanding the company’s footprint in emerging markets by identifying and converting new business opportunities.

Leadership role to accelerate regional growth

In his new role, Arabi will lead the Dubai sales team and work closely with senior leadership, including Jamie Morton and Andrew Nagelberg. He will focus on scaling regional operations, strengthening enterprise relationships, and driving sustained revenue growth.

Furthermore, he will contribute to shaping go-to-market strategies and mentoring sales talent within the organisation.

Industry experience across SaaS and enterprise sales

Before joining SevenRooms, Arabi held senior sales roles at companies such as Eat App and Meltwater. At Eat App, he led enterprise sales cycles and closed high-value ARR deals while mentoring business development teams.

Earlier in his career, he worked with Aramex as a Key Account Manager, where he focused on managing high-revenue clients and expanding business opportunities.

Outlook: strengthening SevenRooms’ regional footprint

Arabi’s promotion reflects SevenRooms’ continued investment in regional talent and leadership. As competition intensifies in the hospitality tech space, his experience in enterprise sales and customer success is expected to support the company’s growth ambitions in the Middle East.
