Strong Experience Across UAE Hospitality
Tahoun brings more than a decade of hospitality experience in the UAE. He has worked across operations, sales, and human resources, building a well-rounded leadership profile.
Before this role, he served as Cluster Hotel Manager at TIME Hotels from March 2024 to February 2026. In that position, he managed multiple properties and led operational strategy. Earlier, he worked as Cluster Hotel Operations Manager and Sales Manager within the same group. These roles strengthened his commercial and operational expertise.
Previously, Tahoun worked as Hotel Operations Manager at Mirage Hotels Group. He also held the same role at Swiss-Belhotel International in Sharjah. Through these positions, he gained hands-on leadership experience across departments.
In addition, he served as Human Resources Manager at Swiss-Belhotel – Sharjah and Sharjah Rotana Hotel. Earlier in his career, he worked as Assistant Front Office Manager at Rotana. These roles gave him strong insight into talent management and guest services.
Academic Background
Tahoun holds an MBA in Hospitality Administration from Madison Hills University. He also earned a Bachelor of Laws from Ain Shams University. His academic background supports his strategic and operational leadership style.
