Eutech has appointed Lakshman S. as Vice President, Global Sales, strengthening its leadership bench as the company accelerates its expansion across global markets.
The appointment comes at a time when Dubai is advancing its 2040 Urban Master Plan, with a strong focus on smart, sustainable, and technology-driven infrastructure. Eutech aims to align closely with these priorities through scalable digital solutions.
Lakshman will be based in Dubai. He will lead global enterprise and partner sales while expanding the company’s footprint across key regions.
Driving global growth through enterprise sales and partnerships
In his new role, Lakshman will spearhead global sales strategy for Eutech’s flagship platform, Iviva. He will also focus on scaling enterprise adoption and strengthening partner ecosystems.
He brings over a decade of experience in SaaS, PaaS, and proptech across Asia and the Middle East. Notably, he has led high-impact sales initiatives and closed complex deals across sectors. At Eutech, he previously served as VP Sales for Asia Pacific and the Middle East. During this time, he drove regional growth and built strong partnerships across Asia, Australia, and the Middle East.
Moreover, he played a key role in advancing smart building and workplace solutions. These solutions support clients in achieving Net Zero and sustainability targets.

His experience in solution selling and strategic partnerships positions him well to lead Eutech’s next phase of growth.
