Verve Interior Design & Build has strengthened its senior leadership team with four key appointments in the first quarter of 2026, signalling a deliberate push to scale operations in line with rising demand across the UAE’s fit-out and construction sector.
The new hires—Daniel Brown, April Alejano, Mithuvani Thiyagarajah, and Raneem Yousef—bring diverse experience spanning project delivery, cost management, planning, and interior design. As a result, the company is positioning itself to handle a broader and more complex project pipeline.
Senior appointments bring global and regional expertise
Daniel Brown joins as Head of Projects with over 18 years of experience across the UAE and the UK. He has delivered high-profile commercial, hospitality, and residential developments, thereby strengthening Verve’s execution capabilities at scale.
Meanwhile, Mithuvani Thiyagarajah takes on the role of Senior Quantity Surveyor. She brings a decade of cross-border experience across the UAE, Singapore, and Sri Lanka, which will support cost efficiency and project governance.
In addition, Planning Engineer April Alejano contributes more than nine years of specialised expertise in fit-out project scheduling and delivery. Similarly, Senior Interior Designer Raneem Yousef enhances the firm’s creative offering with over nine years of regional design experience.
Workforce expansion aligns with project pipeline growth
Alongside these leadership hires, Verve added 12 professionals across site supervision, site management, and procurement functions during Q1. Consequently, the company is preparing for sustained growth by strengthening both strategic and operational teams.
To accommodate this expansion, the Dubai-based firm will relocate to a larger office in the coming months. This move reflects both increased headcount and a growing portfolio of regional projects.

Verve continues to deliver projects for a diverse client base. Recently completed assignments include offices for Sephora in Dubai Design District, Craft Clinics, Electrolux Middle East, and Richmond Properties.
At the same time, ongoing projects include collaborations with Siemens Healthineers, Huspy, Cartier, Strata Global, and AGMC BMW, along with several high-end residential villas.
Therefore, the firm continues to diversify across commercial workplaces, automotive showrooms, and hospitality environments.
