Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah has appointed Jaroslav Hoznourek as Director of Food and Drinks. The move aims to boost culinary innovation, improve operations, and support long-term growth at the beachfront resort.
Hoznourek joins from Conrad Dubai. He brings more than 20 years of hospitality experience across Europe, the Middle East, and Central Asia. He is known for managing large food and beverage teams, improving guest satisfaction, and driving strong financial results.
Will oversee award-winning restaurants on Palm Jumeirah
In his new role, Hoznourek will lead strategy across key dining venues. These include Barfly by Buddha-Bar, Jones the Grocer, Trader Vic’s, CLAW BBQ, Zing Beach & Pool Bar, and SocialBee. He will work closely with hotel teams and brand partners. His focus will be better service, smoother operations, and sustainable growth across the property on Palm Jumeirah.
Hoznourek said the role marks an exciting new chapter. He added that the hotel offers one of the most diverse dining portfolios in Dubai.
Strong record in sustainability, teams, and major events
At Conrad Dubai, he managed six restaurants, in-room dining, and large MICE events.He also led a team of more than 85 professionals and supported internal promotions. His sustainability work reduced food waste per guest by 83%. He also launched the Green Ramadan programme, which serves over 5,000 guests each year.
These efforts earned the EMEA Sustainability Team of the Year Award 2024.

She said Hoznourek combines operational strength, commercial focus, and sustainability leadership.She added that his approach supports Hilton’s long-term food and beverage vision and future growth.
