Bla Bla Dubai has appointed Iman Syami as Director of Marketing, strengthening its leadership team as the venue sharpens its focus on brand consistency and commercial growth. The appointment reflects Bla Bla Dubai’s intent to reinforce its position within Dubai’s competitive lifestyle and entertainment market.
Syami assumed the role in January 2026 and will lead marketing strategy across the destination’s multi-venue portfolio.
Career background
Iman Syami brings more than 11 years of UAE-based experience across hospitality, food and beverage, luxury retail and lifestyle brands. She has held senior marketing roles with BinHendi Holding, Media One Hotel, DoubleTree by Hilton Dubai – Al Jadaf, SOL Properties, and Gulf Court Hotel Business Bay.
Her work has consistently linked brand strategy with measurable revenue outcomes. She has led full-funnel marketing across brand development, performance marketing, CRM, PR, partnerships and digital transformation. In 2024, Hotelier Middle East recognised her as part of its Marketing Power List.
Strategic relevance
At Bla Bla Dubai, Syami will oversee integrated marketing efforts across dining, entertainment and nightlife concepts. The role supports the organisation’s focus on strengthening guest engagement, sustaining footfall across trading periods, and improving long-term brand equity.
The appointment aligns with wider trends in the UAE hospitality sector, where marketing leadership increasingly carries direct commercial accountability.
Leadership perspective
Announcing the move, Syami said, “Bla Bla Dubai is a brand with strong energy and a clear audience. My focus is on building structured, insight-led marketing that supports growth while staying true to the guest experience.”
She added that collaboration across teams will remain central to her approach.
Looking ahead
In her new role, Syami will prioritise integrated storytelling, disciplined channel investment and closer alignment between marketing performance and on-ground operations, as Bla Bla Dubai enters its next phase of development.
